San Vicente Homeowners Board Meeting Minutes
April 10, 2014

Board Members Absent: Pat Haden, Susanna Lavorin
Coffee, Tea and cookies provided to guests, compliments of the Board.
Guests: Tony and Brenda Spinella, Tom and Barbara Noyes, Jerry Winters, Josie Schreier, Sid Slaff, Nancy Lucas, Cecelia Medina, Pat and Frank Biber, Don and Joella Webb, Bob and Cindy Enderby, Pat Beattie, Sandy Millender, Carol and Ken Kuether, Steve Roth, Pat DelGiorgio, Erhard Schinzel, Rich Hoag and Mollie Mann.
Bob Mann, president, called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. The Board Association
Minutes of March 13, 2014 were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Jack Jackson said as of the end of March, the checking account balance is $4, 021.70 In addition; legal defense fund balance is $19,351.57. He also stated that the insurance policy for the Board members through Brown and Brown has now dropped to $2,000.00 using a different company. Jack also reported that paid membership is now at 168.
DPG Report: Steve Roth, DPG Chairman:The Captains have been recruiting and the DPG still need volunteers. An additional 16 radios are available. Next meeting is May 6 at 7:00. Radio check is at 6:30.
Social Committee Report: Saturday’s Spring Brunch is sold out. Cinco de Mayo taco lunch, Ice Cream Social (make your own sundae) and July 4th events are all upcoming events.
Actions taken by the Board since March 13th meeting:
Homeowners’ Survey: The surveys were printed and distributed to all Homeowners’ tubes on April 3. Currently, the Board is tabulating the results. Update with the results will be coming. The Board received 147 as of Wednesday, April 9, 2014.
Leaf/Bug Net: A net for the swimming pool has been purchased and installed.
Overhead light: The light over the key entry pad on back gate was installed by our Maintenance crew! Many have expressed it is a help at night.
New Business discussions: Water for the car wash in the park leaves spots. The tank needs to be changed more often, fixed or replaced.
Tony Spinella reports that the Park Calendar on the website is now up and shows at this time 3 months in advance.

If residents need a pet sitter for longer than two weeks management in the park will work with you.
Next Board meeting will be May 8, 2014 at 7 P.M. at the Clubhouse.
