GSMOL Report: Ellen has invited residents to submit questions anonymously to management through her regarding rent increases and pass through notice in advance of the Meet and Confer meeting with management next week. You may email Ellen at ebduke@yahoo.com and do so by Monday, February 17th.

DPG Report: Bob Enderby: Addressed wild animals in the park. What to do if you encounter them. Don’t run, throw something at them or yell. Be careful with small animals on leashes. Also it would be a good idea to carry pepper spray or make a lot of noise. Resident said even an Aluminum can with loose change to shake and make noise will work.

Business: Bob asked the board to approve up to $100 for a flyer (270) to be placed in the March edition of the Voice that encourages membership for 2020. Carolyn made the motion, Tony seconded, and all were in favor.

Pool closure on February 24th thru April for construction and decking will be pavers for replacement.

New policy on overnight parking was discussed.

New measures from management on slowing down the traffic and placement of stop signs. Some will even be in a planter in the middle of the road with a stop sign.

Questions from residents:

Communication for tree removal needs to be better from management. Trimming is necessary, but removal needs a personal notification to the resident from management.

Address of the park. San Vicente should have large 340 Old Mill Road numbers displayed at both entrances in an area close to the San Vicente sign. Some residents have had packages miss-delivered to Rancho and displaying our address should solve this. We should hope this would only happen for deliveries and not emergency services.

A resident was wondering if upon completion of the water project San Vicente decides to make the newly available area into two new Mobile Home sites, could the monies that were generated be deducted from the Pass Through maybe up to $500,000?

A resident asked about the possibility of using Rancho’s pool while ours is out of service.

Pass thoughs were discussed. Advised all residents to attend the “Meet and Confer” on February 20.

Speeding still a problem……………..SLOW DOWN

The next HOA meeting will be on March 12, 2020 at 7:00 pm

Motion to adjourn meeting by Tony, seconded by Cindy. Adjourned at 8:08
